Samajwadi Party- is ‘clan clash saga’ original?

After the recent clan clash in the ruling Samajwadi Party in Uttar Pradesh, the party supremo Mulayam Singh supported Shivpal Yadav and Amar Singh and appeared upset with CM Akhilesh Yadav. The party supremo said that Shivpal and Amar have helped him in the times of crisis and also said in a nostalgic tone that Akhilesh has been brought up by Shivpal and Mulayam’s sister. At the same time SP supremo turned down the resignation offered by CM Akhilesh Yadav.

Akhilesh blatantly said that he can give up everything if Netaji wants but he would not plan any new party. Ramgopal Yadav supported Akhilesh and said though expelled from the party for 6 years, he will still continue backing his nephew. Ramgopal denied planning a new party and said that Akhilesh has everything in his favour so why would he form a new party, people who have no support should plan it.

Akhilesh and Mulayam grew emotional while speaking in the party meeting several times. After the party supremo made son and brother hug each other, the public and media persons witnessed mike-snatching by both the leaders.

The party workers and the U.P politics is going through a phase of confusion right now whereas the question hovering in the mind of people is obvious and one- “Is the SP clan rift real or is it another scripted drama by the Chanakya of Samajwadi Party?” The answer to which lies within the family and in the hands of time!
